  1. Do you ship worldwide? Yes, we offer worldwide shipping to accommodate our customers globally.

  2. Can I change or cancel my order? In order to provide fast processing and delivery, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. Requests received after this time frame will be denied. However, you can return your order for a full refund once it has been received.

  3. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards such as VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX, as well as PayPal payments for your convenience.

  4. When will my order be processed? Orders are processed from our warehouse within 1-3 business days of the order date. Please note that orders are processed on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and shipping occurs the next day after the processing day. Please keep in mind that we do not ship on weekends or during holidays.

  5. How long will it take to receive my order? Typically, you can expect to receive your order within 3-7 working days. However, due to high demand, there may be instances where orders take up to 14 business days to arrive. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.

  6. What if I don't receive my order? If you haven't received your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact our customer support team for assistance.

  7. Will I be charged with customs and taxes? The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in British Pounds. However, please be aware that you may be responsible for paying customs duties and taxes upon receiving your order. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility.

  10. When will I receive my refund? Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item or cancellation request.
